With my knees bent and my rear pushed out. I hold the Fitryo Total Bar out waist high and shake it up and down to make it vibrate. I swing the TotalBar for about 20 swings
The Fitryo Total Bar gives me a GREAT work out that does not stress my muscles.

The lower back is a tricky area, because if you work it out too hard it can strain so easily (speaking as someone from experience, unfortunately). The fitryo bar is a great solution for this!
The lower back is tricky. I find I have to exercise it daily to keep it healthy
I can see where that would be good for a lot of things. I had to use a bar when I had shoulder therapy. I still need to do that as it really does help. I get so busy and forget about it. Thanks for the reminder.
Thanks for stopping by. I haven't been blogging as much as I should.
Looking good! Actually, I have lower back problems, too. Every since I had my daughter twenty-nine years ago, I have been having lower back pains. Especially when it is that time of month - yes, I still get IT!! Unfortunately! But, I also think it stems from my fibroids. Oh, well. I do leg squats and I stretch my back by doing the fetal position pose. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!!
I can only comment by replying. You look great in the photos! I wish I were in such great shape. My chiropractor has given me exercises to do for my back. He has helped me a lot. One exercise is to lay on the floor and raise hips off the floor, then raise one leg parallel with the floor and hold for 10 seconds, then do the other leg. Do these 10X. It helps to strengthen back muscles. I have a hard time making myself do these, but they do work when I do!
This looks like a really good bar to use for the lower back and I do need to do some sort of exercises specifically to my back.
Thank you for visiting my blog.

I really really need to try one of these for my lower back!! Thanks so much for sharing.
Maybe should get this for my hubby!
Thanks Cheryl,
My diet or lack of is what keeps me slim. I do the ones you do too. They work
It is a pretty easy exercise for those of us who are getting up there in age... not you of course, but me.
Hey Tawna!!
Haven't seen or heard from you in awhile. We get so busy.....
This bar is actually good for the shoulders too. I just haven't done a post on it yet.
You are welcome Terri
Michelle,
This darn blogger won't let me reply below your post. Don't know what the problem is.
I think having babies is hard on us women...
Terry, do you think it would be beneficial for someone in a wheelchair with limited use of her arms?
Becky Jane,
I think the bar might be to long for someone in a wheel chair. Maybe if they had a shorter one, then it would work.
I need to get with your program and start doing some excercise!
Looks like that little bar gives quite a good workout.
I started exercising today, and I'm feeling better already! ;) Half the fun was watching my little Hudson trying to do the exercises with me. HA.
I have a couple herniated discs along with arthritis and scoliosis. Do you think this would be something that would help me? I do NO exercise now because of pain. Thanks! Enjoy your weekend!
You look awesome!! Miriam@Meatless Meals For Meat Eaters
Informative post, fortunately my back is ok but that tool is good for sufferers.
You showed good form in these photographs.
All that stretching sounds really good!
Kinda cool that you noticed you have a couple posture changes to make just from doing the photos. ;)
I exercise every day. Sometimes I even enjoy it. Actually, often in the warm weather I do~cold not so much.
I tend not to well with exercise aides...but that is just me.

I think this might be something I need. I have a chronic back condition that, when it acts up, renders me unable to move, like it is right now. I'll check into this.
I can see you work out with the bar! You are in good shape despite back pain
A great workout!!!
Hi, thanks for dropping a line on my last post, great hearing from you.
I am very happy to say I am taller than Yolande, my wife, but when she wears high platform heels, she gets very close to being taller than me. But even if she were taller than me, I would still love her to wear heels, which she does every day anyway.
Take care and best wishes for the coming week.
Colin.
Thanks for stopping by Alissa
Colin,
Guys love women in heels. I don't wear them becaus I am such a klutz.
Hi Kim,
Yep... I really did work out with this bar. I try to stay slim because it is easier on the old bones. Thanks for being so sweet.
Been there done that Laura. I have laid on the couch for days when my back goes out. If I keep it exercised, It doesn't go out.
Many people don't like using exercise aids. I find when I am walking, if I hold my stomach in. It helps strengthen my back.
Thanks Anthony.... Glad to hear your back is in good shape. That must mean you keep your body in good shape too.
Liz,
I am lazy at heart so stretching sometimes works for me better than the exercises that you really have to get into.
I am not sure if this would work for you or not. You could check with the Fitryo team. I just think with the herniated discs, that you need to be really careful
Thanks Miriam
yay for you Ashley. Although you look so great that I can't see that you need to exercise. Of course, It will strengthen your muscles so it can't hurt.
When I swing it, I can feel the resistance it gives me.
I bet you get all the exercise you need chasing your kids around.
This really looks like a great product. My sister in law and husband have problems with their backs so I'll tell them about this.
