WINNER!!! Are You Seeing Red ~ Natural Dentist Review And Giveaway

We have a winner in the Natural Dentist Giveaway!!

random.org generated number 4
Social Studies Soubrette   Congratulations to you.  I am emailing you right now.

Are you seeing red? When you floss or brush your teeth, that is….

If you are experiencing “pink in the sink” when you spit out your toothpaste, or blood on your dental floss, take heed. People mistakenly think this is a sign that they are brushing hard/well or flossing efficiently, but bleeding gums is actually a symptom of gingivitis, and it is a warning sign that your gums need serious attention.

Dentists estimate that 80% of us develop gum disease in our lifetimes, ranging from mild gingivitis to severe periodontitis. If left untreated, however, gum disease may progress to other oral health issues, including tooth loss (it’s the #1 reason for adult tooth loss!). Other studies and experts, including Dr. Oz, have also linked gum disease to heart disease, stroke, breast cancer and respiratory diseases, such as COPD.

While it can happen to anyone, the following raise the risk for developing gingivitis:

§ Poor dental hygiene

§ Pregnancy/puberty/menopause (hormonal changes increase the sensitivity of the gums)

§ Uncontrolled diabetes

§ Genetics/family history (30% of general population susceptible to gum disease)

§ Smoking

§ Stress

§ Medications

§ General illness

Gingivitis is due to the long-term effects of plaque deposits, and it is often painless, so bleeding gums may be your only symptom until it has progressed further along (other symptoms are swollen/tender gums, receding gums, and/or persistent bad breath). Luckily, one of the early warning signs of the gum inflammation IS the bleeding you see when you brush or floss, so it is your body’s way of telling you something’s not right. If you have a family history of this issue or notice bleeding when you brush or floss, you should schedule a dental visit to evaluate your condition, as well as take steps at home by adding The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Anti-Gingivitis Rinse to your oral care regimen.

The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Mouth Rinse is clinically proven to:

  • Reduce and prevent bleeding gums
  • Protects against gingivitis
  • Kill germs
  • Reduces plaque
  • Freshens breath
  • Contains Aloe Vera gel as its active ingredient to help prevent bleeding gums
  • Also contains other natural medicinal components such as Echinacea, goldenseal, calendula, and grapefruit seed extract that help calm gum inflammation

The Natural Dentist line is powered by nature, proven by science. The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Anti-Gingivitis Rinse DOES NOT contain alcohol or artificial ingredients, making it natural and healthy for your mouth. However, unlike other natural products, The Natural Dentist tests its products in controlled studies. Universities, oral care experts, periodontists, and dental hygienists continually evaluate the products, ingredients and effectiveness. The Natural Dentist products are not tested on animals; research is conducted with human volunteers and laboratory tests. View research studies, publications and abstracts at http://www.stopbleedingnaturally.com/clinicalstudies.php.

The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Rinse is available at all several major retailers nationwide including Walgreens, Rite Aid, Whole Foods and more for an average retail price of $7.49. My Review
I love that all the ingredients are natural, and most of the ingredients,  I use anyway.  Like Grapefruit Seed Extract.  I have been using that on my thrush along with the Goldenseal.  Take a look at all the ingredients and you will see there is nothing there to hurt you.  All good natural stuff.

I have been using this every morning and throughout the day.  I really makes my mouth feel fresh and clean.  And since it has the grapefruit seed extract and goldenseal, I know it is killing fungus.... and boy do I have fungus.     This seems to clean my tongue a little so it must be taking some of the fungus away.   Once I get rid of it completely, I would like to continue to use this or possibly one of the other products that Natural Dentist sells to hopefully keep the thrush under control.

One thing I do notice is after using it, my teeth feel cleaner.   The freshness seems to last for quite awhile too.  When I use it, I do swish it for about 10 minutes though, trying to make sure I get all the bacteria out of my teeth and mouth.

Thanks for all the info. Sounds like a terrible thing to suffer from.

I'd love this for the entire family but especially my son. He's only 12 but he has had so many dental problems already, including a supernumerary tooth and during that extraction the dentist could only save half of his permanent adult tooth so it looks defective but hopefully his braces this summer will put everything into place. I just want him to have a healthy mouth and teeth and have no more problems.

Lisa @ Two Bears Farm said...

I bet my 5 year old would enjoy trying this. Even though we help him brush his teeth, sometimes I feel like we're not getting everything.

Inger said...

I will definitely get this, with my diabetes and lousy teeth I have to be very careful.

I would love to try this as I have been battling with my teeth for many years. I've had an "undiagnosed" stomach issue for 4 years and was told I need to go to a "teaching hospital" because none of the specialists will help me. As I am doing research on my own, I am realizing that the culprit is candida with possible leaky gut syndrome. With the constant "upset stomach" to say the least, I have worn away the enamel on my teeth and I constantly use fluoride and floss, but I always see "pink in the sink". I have tried everything and I think this will be so helpful in my journey to well-being.

I love this post. I totally agree with missing moments in that this article is great info. You are the queen of wonderful info on products for improving health. Although I don't suffer from gingavitis, I think using this product will help with my oral hygiene. I'm heading off to Whole Foods to look for the product. Cheers Terry!!
