First, stretch your right arm and left leg, keeping your back arm and leg as level as you can. Stretch your right arm out like you can't reach something you want to reach.... Only stretch until you feel it pull not hurt. Hold it for a count of 10. Relax and repeat, do this 20 times.

This exercise gives you a nice curvy butt too. It's in my butt video. You are look'n good.

It is going to take a lot more than that to give me a curvy butt. I have no butt, I am built just like my Mother was.
