I have read that Listerine works as a mosquito repellent. Has anyone tried this?
What you do is spray your deck, window frames, door frames or you can spray the chairs you will be sitting on outside. You can also spray the surrounding area.
I am going to try this! If anyone knows if it works, please let me know. Thanks!!

Terry, I never heard of listerine for mosquitoes but I'd try anything to repel those beasty things. I used to hear that Avon what? the "skin so soft" maybe, repelled them too but I tried it and it didn't work for me. I hate mosquitoes but I don't like putting a chemical on my body either so I'll try anything that is natural.
I haven't tried it yet Manzy... but maybe today. I don't have a lot of misquitoes here.
I hope it works, I need to try something bad! I think I will and let you know!

I hope it works!! I was thinking I would try it Fathers Day, but we didn't have any bugs bothering us. I usually need it when I go to someone elses home.
Hmmm... we have a lot of bugs around here...lots of mosquitos! I think I might try this before we go camping. I hope it works!
