Electrolytes are minerals, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chloride and calcium
Here is a recipe I found on Fit Body Concepts that will put the electrolytes back into your system after dong a liver flush, coffee enemas, exercise, or maybe you have been sick with diarrhea and throwing up.
Coconut Smoothie
Use a whole coconut
The Water and the flesh
Sqeeze a lemon or a lime
2 Tablespoons agave
Blend and drink
More recipes to put those electrolytes back
Electrolyte Cocktail
Eight ounces water or broth,
One cup of tomato juice,
One teaspoon of sea salt
Mix Well and drink
Maple Syrup Drink
4 Cups of Water
Handful of ice cubes
1 freshly squeezed organic lemon
2 tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
1 heaped teaspoon sea salt
Below are some other foods that will help with the electrolytes
Chicken/vegetable broth
Miso soup
Seaweed products
Herbal teas (nettle, mullein, alfalfa, rosehips and chamomile are some great options)
Vegetable Juices.

I am happy you are learning something..
When I was younger, I knew nothing about putting the electrolytes back. If we were sick with the flu, we just got over it and our body probably had to work really hard to replenish the electrolyes.
I don't know much about electolytes but the coconut smoothie sure sounds good! I will definitely try it!
