Penguin Appetizer ~ These are soooo cute!!

I am linking up to Creative Mondays hosted by Clairejustineoxox andJudyh-jsThoughts where you can link up all your creative post each week.... what have you all been up to this week?

This is an old post that I just had to bring back, just in case anyone is interested in making these for Thanksgiving.
If you are still struggling with candida, you may not want to eat these because of the cream cheese.  But if you have your candida under control.....  These are great and    I just HAD TO SHOW YOU THESE PENGUINS!!!  I will even explain how to make them

Cut a slit into each jumbo olive. I made the slit into a V.

Slice Carrots into coins and cut a V out of each coin. These will become the penguins feet.

Put cream cheese into a cake decorator and fill each olive with cream cheese. You can add dry onion soup mix for taste.

For the head of the penguin, use small olives. The beak is another carrot cut thin and pushed into the hole in the olive where they have taken out the pit. To finish off the penguins, you can use fancy or regular tooth picks. Insert toothpick

Tadah!!! A Parade Of Penguins

See!!  I don't always just talk about candida.

Be sure to check out my Christmas Tree Vegetable Appetizer

I hate posting this comment here because it has nothing to do with this post, but I read your post yesterday and then some of your older posts and it got my mental wheels turning. I bought a Cleanse at the Health Food Store a while ago and hadn't used it. For the last couple of weeks my stomach has been hurting and a couple of days ago I thought I was getting flu (I wasn't). After reading your posts I decided to pull out that cleanse (it's a 30 day beginner cleanse) and give it a try. I can tell that the flu-like symptoms are already getting better. My stomach is still hurting, but it is getting less. And I had been really gassy for about a month (and that was terrible). I was really SICK OF THAT. It is starting to improve already, too. It appears that this is the right direction. If you are interested I will check back in a few weeks from now to let you know if there are any other changes. But, I am so glad that I read yesterday's post. I think I just needed to flush that bad bacteria.
