You CAN control the sugar in your diet, especially if you use NuNaturals Stevia. They have so many different Stevia's to choose from.

No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups oatmeal (uncooked)
1/8 cup carob powder
2/3 cup almond butter
3 Tablespoons Oil
15 drops NuNaturals Stevia Liquid Drops
(You may want to use more or less, depending on how sweet you like it.)
Mix all ingredient very well.
Shape into balls, this will be dry so you will need to press it well
I wrap my cookies two together and store in the fridg.

Wow! I never knew NuNaturals had this many products. The baking blend is interesting.
Thanks for posting this article, I went online looking for a store that carried the NuNaturals liquid stevia. Wegmans in Erie, Pa has it so I drove up yesterday and picked up a couple bottles. I got one plain and one vanilla flavored.
