Arthritis and Candida

Before I started on the Candida Cleanse Diet, I had terrible arthritis in my neck and shoulders.  Plus I could not crochet or knit any longer because my hands hurt so bad.   You may think I am full of crap,,,, but I have no more pain in my hands and my neck and shoulders hardly ever hurt.

I have only been on the Candida Cleanse Diet for 5-6 weeks and feel better already. That is pretty amazing to me since I have had this shoulder and hand thing going on for years.

Has anyone else relieved their arthritis with the candida diet?

I do want to show you this about Rutin though.  I used Rutin for hemorrhoids but I found this link that says it helps kill candida.....BONUS!!!

Here is the site Rutin and Arthritis caused by candida

Yes, but wouldn't really call it arthritis. Maybe arthritic pains. I used to eat sugar, and within a few hours, I could not walk! I would have to limp for the next few days! It really scared me, because I'm young and I had no idea what would cause such excruciating pain! Then when I started my healing program for CRC, I would have occasional flare ups of the pains and I realized it was Candida! Now since I actively manage my healing, I don't have those problems anymore.

You are correct Joi, it wasn't really arthrits, but at the time that it what I thought it was. Now that I know better I am more in control. I very seldom have any pain in my neck or shoulders. Who woulda thought that the sugar I loved so much would cause this?

I was diagnosed with RA in my mid twenties. It showed up in my blood work so I know for sure I have it. I was diagnosed about six weeks ago with Candida. I started the diet and within just a few days most of my pain and all of my swelling was gone. As long as I eat what I am supposed to it stays that way. I eat the wrong things and I am in great pain fairly quick. I have been diagnosed with many health issues but we now know that the Candida has caused them all or at least irritated them badly. I feel better than I have in years.

I am extremely impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to see a nice blog like this one these days

I was having such bad arthritis pain at age 26 and couldn't braid my 4 yr old daughters hair. I went off gluten and now I can braid her hair all the time! So I believe you can get rid of arthritis through diet changes for sure!

Candace,
It seems so funny... well, not funny but it just blows my mind how the food we eat affects aour health. If someone would of told me this a few years ago, I would of thought they were crazy.

Hi, I've just set up my first attempt at a blog "Rheumatoid arthritis and candida". I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist in 2008 as having inflammatory arthritis, but I'm now sure all the swollen joints I've suffered with have been caused by candida. But why wouldn't he discuss diet and the link with RA? I've much more energy, more mobile and feel so much better now! I've cut out dairy, sugar, wheat, processed foods and preservatives from my diet, but hope I'll be able to cope with eating some treats soon .... I'm so excited to see other people with a similar experience who have improved on an anti-candida diet. Penny

I found your blog through the UBP. So timely, as I was just dx with OA yesterday, and I am sure it is candida related. I am following you now.

Charla,
I hope you get to feeling better. OA, candida related or not is very painful and you have enough on your plate right now.
