One thing I figured out with this candida diet is you can't eat as much as you want of the carbs like rice, buckwheat, oats etc. When I get to many carbs, it makes my stomach burn. I read you should only have 15g Carbs per meal. That sure is NOT a lot but I am trying very hard to stick to it and it is paying off. I am feeling so much better, in fact I have been good for 3 days in a row and that has not happened for a long time.
I don't know about you, but I get so hungry and I am about sick of vegetables and salads. One thing I eat is a lot of almonds but they really don't fill me up. I usually end up going to bed hungry and when morning comes......DON'T GET IN MY WAY WHEN I AM HEADED TO THE BREAKFAST TABLE. I wake up famished, my Hubs knows when I get up I am going to eat so stay out of my way until I am finished.
UPDATE 9/10/10 It has gotten to a point where I can not eat carbs again. Just a bite can put me over the top. What in the world is going on???
UPDATE 3/15/11 I have finished the parasite cleanse and am now taking TruFlora Probiotics. I can eat almost anything now.

I needed to read this one....15 g carbs...there must be a reason...I know when I have too many carbs, I feel so sluggish...great transforming information...
Yes, me, too. I think that I could give up that kind of carbs completely if I lived alone, but my family loves them, too. This is the second post I read about the parasite cleanse. I am seriously considering after seeing the eye post (I did not comment, but saw what came out of your eye - WOW). Your blog as so much good info. I am always learning from your experiences; thanks :)

It is hard to give up the carbs. Now that I am doing better, I can eat more than I used to.... but still, I have to watch.
Wasn't that gross what came out of my eye. I wonder how many more are there. I think I will be fighting parasites for the rest of my life.
