For some of us, constipation is a part of candida. I have figured out how to keep my BM' s soft now but the damage has already been done. I have hemorrhoids!!! Not fun!!!
This has worked well for me, hopefully it will continue to do so....if not, my Sister told me about an herbal product called rutin. I will check it out if I need to.
I also read that a magnesium shortage can cause constipation. That could be a real possiblity for me. I am going to pick up some magnesium and I will let you know how it works.
UPDATE 2/28/10 Although the hemorrhoid suppositories worked ok, they seem to take a long time to heal me and I want these hemorrhoids gone now. I took my sisters suggestion and bought RUTIN. I took one pill with my supper tonight and plan on taking one or two tomorrow. I will let you know if this heals them quickly or not.
UPDATE 3/1/10 I know I just took the RUTIN last night, but it has already helped. I had a BM this morning and my hemorrhioids did not push out. I an going to continue taking the RUTIN for a few more days but I tell you what....I think this is going to do the trick.
UPDATE 3/3/10 Today is the last day I will need the RUTIN, my hemorrhoids are healed. Now all I have to do is keep on track and I won't have to use it again.
If you try the RUTIN, take 2 tablets the first couple of days, if it is really helping go to 1 tablet a day until hemorrhoids seem to be gone.
BE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
UPDATE 3/26/10 Due to stopping the RUTIN to quickly, my hemorrhoids never seemed to go completely away. I decided to ask my herbalist how to take the RUTIN, Here is how you do it. Take one tablet in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with your meal. Take for two weeks.
I did this and am not having any problems any longer. I don't know why I always try to rush things but if you stick to this a full two weeks, you should not have any problems with them coming back. You do need to make sure your stools are soft so they don't irritate the already damaged tissues.
UPDATE 6/25/10 I am still hemorrhiod free, the rutin has done its job. Hopefully I never have this problem again. If I do, I will start the rutin again.
Rutin is effective in treating hemorrhoids and is actually used widely for this purpose.
It shrinks the capillaries which help the hemorrhoids to heal.

Wow. this must be my problem as well. I've had Candidiasis for years. I now struggle with hemorrhoids as well. I can't get rid of them!! I've been so upset by the toll this infection has on my body. I started a website all about it: www.CandidaConnect.com

Did Rutin really work? I just ordered some but I am sort of afraid. I just read a horror story about someone having to go to the ER after taking it, and having problems with veins in their legs..
Rutin worked great for me. I didn't have any problems at all with it. Send an email to the people you bought it from, I am sure they will talk to you about it if you are afraid to take it.
