Ketchup For The Candida Diet

Yeast Free Ketchup Ingredients
2 .. 6 oz cans tomato paste
1/2 cup water
3 packets stevia
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 /2 cup lemon juice
pinch cinnamon (optional)
pinch ground cloves (optional)
pinch cumin (optional)

Directions
 Mix all ingredients together. Add spices according to taste.

I like to cook all the ingredients together, but you don't have to.
